Abortion is a very dangerous thing to do and could be life treating atimes. Side effects of abortion varies from woman to woman,depending on the body. After an abortion you should always see your doctor,take all prescribed drugs and antibiotics to prevent having an infection,your period should return about four or five weeks after the abortion,you should go see your doctor once you notice any of side effects listed above,you should always talk to your doctor about how you feel,or once you notice any change or weird feeling in your body else you might be risking losing your life.
